The quality of the DME plant is without question. It does what it says on the tin!

 

Whilst handing out the plaudits I should also mention Peter Kerr of ABUK who helped it to happen and convinced some wily Old Norfolk boys that it was worth buying a new brewery rather than building one out of wattle and daub which is the more usual way.
